I am very satisfied with the product! It took two months to get it via sea shipping, but it was well worth it! They took care of EU customs too, there was no hassle with that. They included a table to mount the machine on, a complete new toolset (wrenches, screwdrivers, etc..), a set of needles, a bare new flash drive to use, two of each hoop, a and bobbin winder! I made a few test runs with the machine on hats, and it's working perfectly. All solid metal. Machine has no problem stitching through hard structure hats either.
